Haris Rauf was on the verge of hitting a Pakistan fan for his offensive comment. Pakistan pacer was with his wife when a cricket fanatic said something to him, leaving the cricketer angry. He rushed towards the person with an intention to beat him but was stopped by others. The fan pleaded to Rauf’s better-half to pacify her husband.
The video has gone viral on social media with fans slamming the person for crossing the line. Haris Rauf has also broken his silence on the matter.
“I decided not to bring this on social media. But now that the video is out, it is necessary to address the situation. As public figures, we are open to recieving all kinds of feedback from the public. They are entitled to support or criticize us.
“Nevertheless, when it comes to my family and my parent, I will not hesitate to respond accordingly. It is important to show respect towards people and their families, irrespective of their professions,” he wrote on X.
