Indian team reached a strong position

In the second match against India, South Africa's captain Laura Wolvaardt won the toss and chose to bowl first. Coming to bat first, Team India lost the wicket of Shefali Verma (20) at a score of 38. Dayalan Hemalatha contributed 24 runs. However, after this Smriti Mandhana and captain Harmanpreet Kaur batted brilliantly.

Mandhana maintained her excellent form in this match as well. This left-handed batsman faced 120 balls and scored 136 runs with the help of 18 fours and 2 sixes.
