When India won the 1983 World Cup, the scene in my building and neighborhood was unbelievable. People were dancing on the streets, fireworks were bursting in the sky, it was truly magic.'

Sachin has told about the celebrations in Mumbai through his post. However, after India's first World Cup win, there was a lot of celebration in the whole country. There was no limit to the happiness of fans in every state of India. No one could believe that India has created history by winning the World Cup. Fans were dancing on the streets after India's victory and everyone was feeding sweets to each other.
