If Team India wins the semi-final match between Team India and England (IND VS ENG), then on one hand, Team India will avenge its defeat against England in the semi-final match of the 2022 T20 World Cup and on the other hand, Team India will qualify for the final match of any edition of the T20 World Cup after 10 years.

If Team India manages to beat South Africa in the final match to be held on 29th June, then the team can become the T20 World Champion under the captaincy of Rohit Sharma after 17 years.
