Bad news is coming for Team India's star all-rounder Hardik Pandya. Actually, Hardik has been dropped from Team India and another player has been given a chance in his place. This is a big setback for him before the T20 World Cup clay final match.
Hardik is consistently performing well for Team India and despite this he has been shown the way out of the team. Pandya is an important player for India in the World Cup but even after this he has not got a chance.
Hardik has shown excellent performance with both bat and ball in the T20 World Cup and has played an important role in keeping India undefeated so far. In such a situation, it is bad news for him that he has been dropped from the team before the final match of the World Cup.
The 31-year-old player has scored 116 runs with the bat in the World Cup at an average of 58 and a strike rate of 145. During this, he has also scored a half-century. Apart from this, his contribution in bowling has also been excellent and he has taken 8 wickets.
Let us tell you that Team India has to tour Zimbabwe in the next month i.e. July, right after the World Cup and Pandya has not been included in the team for this tour. Actually, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has given rest to all the senior players on this tour and that is why Pandya is not a part of the team.
Young batsman Shubman Gill will be seen captaining the team on the Zimbabwe tour and many young all-rounders have been given a chance in this team, who will showcase their talent on this tour.
If we look at the team announced for the Zimbabwe tour, many young all-rounders have been given a chance in it. Earlier, young player Nitish Kumar Reddy was also given a place in this team but now he is out of the tour due to injury. Shivam Dubey has been included in the team in his place.
Apart from Dubey, Abhishek Sharma, Riyan Parag and Washington Sundar have been included in the team, who will be seen playing the role of all-rounders.
