Jos Buttler : In the second semi-final match of the T20 World Cup 2024, India defeated England and entered the final. India is going to face South Africa on 29 June. In the match played against England, the Indian team performed well in every department, for which they also got the result.   After the defeat, captain Jos Buttler's dream of winning back to back World Cups remained unfulfilled. He said in his post match interview
• “India definitely outplayed us. We let them score 20-25 runs more. It was a challenging surface on which they played well. They outplayed us and fully deserved the win.
• The conditions were very different compared to the T20 World Cup 2022. Credit goes to India. They played a very good game of cricket. Due to the rain, the conditions were not expected to change so much.
  I don't think that happened. They bowled us out. Their score was better than average"

Indian spinners are considered to be the best

• In this match, Indian spinners Kuldeep Yadav and Akshar Patel bowled brilliantly and took 3-3 wickets. After which Jos Buttler praised the Indian spinners. He further said
• They have some great spinners. Our two players Rashid and Livingstone bowled well. Looking back, the way spin was playing, we should have got Moeen out in that innings.
• Their score was better than average and with a fantastic bowling attack, it was always going to be a tough target.

• He played an innings of 57 runs in 39 balls. While chasing the target, England could only score 103/10 runs in 16.4 overs. Harry Brook scored the highest 25 runs in 19 balls for England.
