Desk : Meerut's runner Parul Chaudhary has brought glory to the country with her brilliant performance in the Asian Games 2026. Parul has won two bronze medals within three days. On Sunday, she won a bronze medal in the women's 3000 meter steeplechase event. Parul completed the race with a timing of 9:08.67, setting a personal best and a national record.

After this, on Monday, Parul also performed brilliantly in the women's 5000 meter race. He won the bronze medal by finishing third with a time of 15:14.61.

This achievement of Parul is also special because she had also performed brilliantly in the previous edition of the Asian Games. In the 2023 Hangzhou Asian Games, she won gold medal in 5000 meters and silver medal in 3000 meters steeplechase.
