Champions Trophy 2025: The ICC Champions Trophy 2025 is slowly getting closer but it is not yet clear whether Team India will go to Pakistan to participate in this event or not. Actually, this tournament is to be played under the hosting of Pakistan.
So far, all kinds of news are coming out about the Champions Trophy. It is being claimed in many media reports that the Indian team will not tour Pakistan but now the Secretary of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) Jay Shah himself has broken the silence on this.
Let us tell you that Pakistan has got the opportunity to host a major ICC tournament after 28 years.
Earlier, it had hosted the ODI World Cup in 1996, which was played in three countries, India and Sri Lanka. In such a situation, it is a very big moment for them that the ICC has given them the rights to host a tournament, but it is not yet clear whether this tournament will be held entirely in Pakistan. It is going to be very interesting to see this in the coming times.

Actually, Jai Shah had not given any reaction regarding the Champions Trophy (Champions Trophy 2025) till now but now he has told that India will not go to Pakistan to play the Champions Trophy.
While talking to Times of India, Shah has told that no decision has been taken yet on whether the Indian team will tour Pakistan to play in the Champions Trophy 2025. However, when the tournament comes closer, a decision will be taken on this.
If Team India refuses to go to Pakistan for the Champions Trophy 2025, then this tournament can be played on a hybrid model. BCCI will insist that they will not go to play in Pakistan and if this happens, then India's matches can be held at a neutral venue i.e.
UAE or Sri Lanka.Let us tell you that even before this, Pakistan had the right to host Asia Cup 2023, but after India refused to go there, this tournament was played on a hybrid model and Team India played all the matches in Sri Lanka. In such a situation, a similar scenario can be seen for the Champions Trophy as well.
