According to media reports, Shakib Al Hasan has been accused of murdering a man working at a clothes shop in Dhaka. This news about the Bangladeshi all-rounder came out when he was playing the first Test match against Pakistan in Rawalpindi. A total of 500 people including Shakib Al Hasan have been accused of murder, which also includes the name of former Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.

Bangladesh's new president Farooq Ahmed told in an interview to a local newspaper that for now, he will continue playing for Bangladesh.

Shakib will continue playing until the charges are framed

According to BCB president Farooq Ahmed, he has received a legal notice to call Shakib to Bangladesh as soon as possible, to which he replied saying that he will continue to play for Bangladesh for the time being.

The Bangladesh cricket boss said that Shakib is our contracted player, so if he needs any legal help, that will also be provided.

After Pakistan, the series can also be played on India tour

The BCB boss said that the murder case is currently in its initial stage. An FIR has just been filed in it. A lot is yet to happen in it. And, he will continue playing until the charges are framed. After Pakistan, Bangladesh has to tour India, Shakib can be seen playing on that tour as well. As per ICC rules, Shakib can continue playing until the charges are framed.

Bangladesh will not go with the team after Pakistan tour
