The Test series against Bangladesh is going to be very important in terms of the World Test Championship (WTC). Due to which Chief Selector Ajit Agarkar and Gautam Gambhir can sit together and announce the 15-member team squad for this Test series.

According to media reports, the selection committee and Gautam Gambhir will not give Ravindra Jadeja a chance in the team squad for the Test series against Bangladesh, while the selection committee can give the responsibility of vice-captaincy in Test cricket to Gautam Gambhir's right hand man.

Ravindra Jadeja has not played any match since retiring from T20 International cricket. Due to which the selection committee included him in the India B squad for the Duleep Trophy before the Bangladesh Test series, but now Ravindra Jadeja has withdrawn his name from the Duleep Trophy.

Due to which it is believed that the selection committee will hardly give Ravindra Jadeja a chance in the squad for Team India even for the Bangladesh Test series.

Gambhir's so-called right hand Shubman Gill may get the vice-captaincy

With the arrival of Team India head coach Gautam Gambhir, Shubman Gill was given the vice-captaincy of the team in the white ball format before the Sri Lanka tour.

After which now there are reports in the media that the selection committee can give Shubman Gill a chance to be the vice-captain of Team India in Test cricket as well.
