Team India: The Test series between Team India and Bangladesh (IND VS BAN) is going to start from 19th September. Team India has to play a 2 Test match series against Bangladesh, while the Indian team has to play a 3 Test match series with New Zealand. The Indian team has to play both these Test series within a gap of 1 month. Due to which it is believed that the selection committee can announce the 15-member team squad for Bangladesh and New Zealand Test series simultaneously.
If reports from sources are to be believed, the selection committee can give the responsibility of captaincy of Team India to veteran all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja for both the Test series, while veteran players Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli can also be given rest during these two Test series.

Team India has to play a total of 5 Test match series against Bangladesh and New Zealand. For which the selection committee can announce a 15-member team squad at once.
According to media reports, BCCI is paying more attention to the Australia series to be held in November and December than these home test series and is preparing an action plan for it with Team India's veterans Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli. Due to which it is believed that the selection committee may decide to give rest to Virat and Rohit Sharma in the test series against Bangladesh and New Zealand.
Currently, Jasprit Bumrah is the vice-captain of Team India in Test cricket, but keeping the Australia Test series in mind, the selection committee will also give rest to veteran fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah in both these Test series.
Due to which it is believed that selection committee head Ajit Agarkar can put the responsibility of captaincy of Team India's Test cricket on Ravindra Jadeja's shoulders in both these Test series.
