The Indian team is going to play a 2-match Test series against Bangladesh from 19 September. Axar Patel staked his claim with a fifty

Indian Team 6 players may not have been able to leave their mark in the first innings of Duleep Trophy.

But Akshar Patel, playing for India D, saved Iyer's sinking team with his brilliant innings. He claimed for selection by scoring a fifty in 78 balls. After losing 6 wickets at the score of 48, Akshar batted brilliantly along with the bowlers and took the team close to 150 runs. Till the time of writing the news, he had scored 72 runs.
