After some time, his eyesight kept getting weaker. His eyesight is so weak that he is unable to see even with the highest power glasses. He has very poor eyesight.

However, despite this accident, Kapil did not give up and adopted the sport of Judo. Kapil Parmar lives in Bhopal but he did his training in Lucknow. This Judo player learned the nuances of Judo from coach Munavvar Anjar Ali Siddiqui.

In the year 2017, he entered Judo and this player also won the gold medal in the 2019 Commonwealth Championship. Kapil won the silver medal in the 2022 Asian Para Games.
