Virat Kohli is the only cricketer in the top-10 in this list full of legendary players from around the world. This list includes earnings between 1 September 2023 and 1 September 2024 and most of it is footballers and basketball players.

Where does Kohli earn from?

Virat has many sources of income. He is still included in the top grade of BCCI's central contract, where he gets Rs 7 crore per year. Then he also gets different fees for playing Test, ODI and T20 matches throughout the year and he earns around 1-1.5 crore rupees from this too.

Apart from this, IPL franchise Royal Challengers Bangalore pays Kohli Rs 15 crore per season. After this income from the cricket field, his real income comes from different brand endorsements, which include MRF, Puma, Audi, HSBC, American Tourister, Philips and dozens of domestic and foreign companies.
