Team India: Team India is going to start its series against Bangladesh from September 19. The selection committee may soon announce the 15-member team squad for the Bangladesh series starting from September 19.

Meanwhile, while talking to the media, BCCI secretary Jay Shah has announced the name of the captain of Team India for the Bangladesh series. After which it is believed that this veteran will be seen handling the responsibility of captaincy for Team India in the domestic match to be held before the Australia tour.

In the Bangladesh series, Team India has to play a series of 2 Tests and 3 T20 matches. The selection committee for the 2 Test matches can soon hold a meeting with Jai Shah and announce the 15-member team squad.

According to media reports, Jay Shah wants to announce such a team squad for the Bangladesh Test series which the team management can take on the Australia tour as well. Due to which it is believed that some big changes can be seen in the combination of Team India for the Bangladesh Test series.

This veteran can get the captaincy for Bangladesh Test series

The responsibility of captaining Team India for the Bangladesh Test series can be on Rohit Sharma's shoulders. The selection committee led by Rohit Sharma can announce a 15-member team squad for the Bangladesh Test series.

Rohit Sharma will captain Team India for the Bangladesh Test series and will try to take the team to the final of the World Test Championship. Rohit Sharma lost the final match in 2023 as a captain, due to which he would like to win the final match of the World Test Championship (WTC 2025 Final) in 2025 and add another trophy to his cabinet.
