Team India: T20 and ODI series will be played between Team India and England (IND VS ENG) in the early months of the year 2025. Team India has to play a series of 5 T20 matches against England and after that Team India also has to play a series of 3 ODI matches.
Team India has to play a series of 3 ODIs against England, which is going to prove very important in terms of preparations for the Champions Trophy 2025 edition. Due to which it is believed that the selection committee may decide to exclude Rohit-Kohli, Hardik and Rahul in the ODI series against England.

The selection committee has given Shubman Gill a chance as the vice-captain of Team India's new white ball format even before the start of the Sri Lanka tour, but he has not yet got a chance to captain Team India in ODI cricket.
Due to which it is believed that the selection committee may give Shubman Gill a chance to captain the England ODI series in the absence of senior players.The England ODI series will start just a few days before the start of the Champions Trophy 2025 edition. In such a situation, the selection committee will give a chance in the team squad to players playing at some such spots for the England ODI series. Those who do not have a confirmed place in the playing 11 of Team India's ODI format.
Due to which it is believed that the selection committee can give rest to Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, Hardik Pandya and KL Rahul in the England ODI series.
