Team India: Under the World Test Championship 2023-25, India has to play a 2-match Test series against Bangladesh this month. This series will start from September 19 but India has suffered a major setback even before the start of the series.

Not only this, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has given a chance to the duplicate of India's legendary off-spinner Ravichandran Ashwin in Team India. Let us tell you that BCCI has announced a 16-member Team India for the Test series against Bangladesh.

Ashwin's duplicate got a chance

Actually, before the first test match starting on 19th September, Team India will have a camp in Chennai and all the players will be seen practicing.

This camp will start from 12th September, which will last for 5 days and after that all the players will be seen playing in the match.

Himanshu Singh has been included in the team for the practice of Indian players in this camp. Himanshu's bowling action is similar to Ashwin's and that is why he has been given a chance. Chief selector Ajit Agarkar was very impressed with him and that is why he has been included in the camp.

Team India's fast bowler got injured

Actually, before the Test series against Bangladesh, a big news is coming out where the young fast bowler of Team India has been injured.

Let us tell you that India's young pacer Tushar Deshpande has suffered a knee injury and he is currently injured.

Tushar has consistently performed well in IPL and due to this he was recently given a chance in Team India against Zimbabwe. He got a chance to debut for India in that 5 match T20 series.

Virat Kohli and Rishabh Pant will be seen in action

Let us tell you that wicketkeeper batsman Rishabh Pant has not played any Test match for Team India since the terrible car accident. However, now he will be seen in action against Bangladesh on 19 September.

On the other hand, legendary batsman Virat Kohli had withdrawn his name from the Test series against England this year, but now he is also going to return to this series.
