This time China was hosting the Asian Champions Trophy tournament of hockey. In the final held on 17 September, the Indian hockey team defeated China 1-0 and won the title for the fifth time. The very next day, i.e. on Wednesday, 18 September, late at night, the account of Hockey India 'X' (earlier Twitter) was hacked. Information about the Indian hockey team is given through 'Hockey India' on the social media platform 'X'. The hackers posted a post related to cryptocurrency on this account at around 11.30 pm. However, at present it has been recovered and the post has also been removed.

What did the hackers write in the post?

Through Hockey India's ex-account, hackers gave a link to cryptocurrency and tried to earn profit through it. In the post, the hackers wrote that 'This account has been hacked. We publish a token address on whichever account we hack and earn profit along with it.' Indian fans immediately took cognizance of this post and started spreading the information.

Team India returned to India

Team India has returned to India after winning the Asian Champions Trophy title in China. On the morning of 19 September, the team landed at Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi.

India has won this title for the fifth time. China gave a tough fight to India in the final. Seeing the form of the Indian team, the fans expected that the victory would be easy. But this did not happen, the Chinese players stood like a wall for 50 minutes. In the 51st minute, Jugraj Singh scored a goal for India. Due to this, India won the match 1-0.

This tournament started in 2011. Team India won the title in the very first season. After this, India also won the title in 2016. In 2018, India and Pakistan became joint winners. Then in 2023, Team India became champion for the fourth time and now it has defended this title by winning it for the second consecutive time.

In this way, by winning the bronze medal in the Paris Olympics, Team India has maintained its success streak.
