In addition to his residential investments, Shreyas Iyer has also shown an interest in commercial real estate. In July 2024, he purchased a commercial property in Worli for ₹2.9 crore. According to documents accessed by Propstack, this investment placed him among a growing number of sports personalities who are diversifying their portfolios by acquiring income-generating properties in Mumbai. The total carpet area of the property purchased by Shreyas Iyer was 510 square feet, with the purchase price amounting to ₹56,863 per square foot, as revealed by the documents.
