The details were revealed in a report by Hindustan Times, which sourced the information from "property registration documents accessed by Zapkey."
According to the report, the newly acquired apartment is located on the second floor of Triveni Industrial CHSL in the bustling Worli neighborhood, specifically in the Adarsh Nagar locality.
The apartment measures 525 square feet and has been bought at an impressive ₹2.9 crore, equating to ₹55,238 per square foot.
This transaction was officially registered on September 19, 2024, and incurred a hefty stamp duty of ₹17.40 lakh, along with registration charges amounting to ₹30,000.
