Team India: Team India recently won the T20 series against Bangladesh by 3-0 under the leadership of captain Suryakumar Yadav. After winning the Bangladesh T20 series, Team India has to play its series in T20 format against South Africa on their soil. Which is to start from 8th November.
The South Africa T20 series is going to be very important for the young Indian players who want to establish their place in the T20 format. Due to which the selection committee can soon select the team squad of Team India under the leadership of Suryakumar Yadav. If reports are to be believed, by not giving a chance to veteran players like Gill, Jaiswal and Bumrah in the Africa T20 series, the selection committee may give a chance to Ishan Kishan to make a comeback.
The selection committee can select the squad of Team India within the coming 10 days for the series of 4 T20 matches to be held on the South Africa tour. Reports are that the selection committee will mostly trust the players who played in the Bangladesh T20 series and will give them a chance in the Team India squad.
This also means that like the Bangladesh T20 series, we will not give Shubman Gill, Yashasvi Jaiswal and Jasprit Bumrah a chance to join the team squad in the South Africa T20 series.
The T20 series held on the South Africa tour last year was the last series in which Ishan Kishan was a part of Team India's squad. For the last 11 months, Ishan Kishan has not got a chance to play for Team India in any format. Due to which it is almost certain that the selection committee may give Ishan Kishan a chance to make a comeback in Team India by giving him a gift for his recent performance in domestic cricket.
