Former Pakistan cricketer Basit Ali believes that after being for the second and third Test at home against England, Babar Azam will make a comeback in the Pakistan team.
Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) transformed the selection committee just an hour after Pakistan lost their innings in the opening Test. Star batter Babar Azam, former captain Sarfaraz Ahmed, and pacers Shaheen Afridi and Naseem Shah were dropped out of the team. After Babar got excluded from the squad, the cricket club had mixed opinions about the decision.
Some experts even predicted that Babar being unable to score a fifty in his last 18 innings might be the reason for this decision. However, Basit Ali showed his confidence in Babar to return to the team, saying that he might make a return to the team after these two Test matches.
