Yesterday, Delhi Capitals and Rajasthan Royals clashed in the ninth league match of the ongoing 17th IPL cricket series in Jaipur.

In this match, Rajasthan Royals, captained by Sanju Samson, performed brilliantly and registered a spectacular victory against Delhi by 12 runs at home. In this match, Rajasthan Royals, who came to play first, had to face continuous defeats from the beginning but due to the excellent performance of Ryan Barrack, Ashwin, Jurel and Hetmyer, they managed to score 185 runs for 5 wickets in the stipulated 20 overs.

Ryan Barrack scored unbeaten 84 runs for Rajasthan. Then Delhi team played with a target of 186 runs to win and at the end of 20 overs could score only 173 runs after losing 5 wickets.

Due to this, Rajasthan team won by 12 runs. Talking about their defeat after this match, Delhi team captain Rishabh Pant said that it is really sad to lose this match.

The only good thing in this is that the bowlers of our team performed very well for the first 15-16 overs. In T20 cricket, batsmen play aggressively in the last overs and try to add runs. Same thing happened in this match also. Similarly, in our team, Warner and Marsh gave a good start but we lost wickets in the middle overs and could not reach the desired target.

It is noteworthy that Rishabh Pant had said that this became the reason for the defeat of our team.
