Rohit Sharma: Team India has to play a 5-Test series with Australia from 22nd November. For which the squad of Team India has already been announced. The first match of the series between Australia and India will be played at Perth ground from 22nd November. Whereas this series is very important for both the teams.
Because, to reach the final of the World Test Championship, both the teams will have to win the series. Before the start of Border-Gavaskar Trophy, a bad news has come out for Team India. Because, Team India captain Rohit Sharma may now be out of the Perth Test match.
It has been a very bad few months for Indian team captain Rohit Sharma. Because, Team India has faced a 3-0 defeat against New Zealand in its home Test series under the captaincy of Rohit Sharma.
Whereas now Rohit may be out of the first test match against Australia. Rohit may stay in India for the Perth Test match due to personal reasons. Due to which Team India will have to go to Australia without Rohit.
It is considered very difficult for Rohit Sharma to play in the first test match against Australia. Due to which, in the first match, Team India's vice-captain Jasprit Bumrah can captain Team India in the Perth Test match.
Bumrah has been made the vice-captain of the team in the Border-Gavaskar Trophy. Whereas young batsman Abhimanyu Easwaran may get a chance as an opening batsman in place of Rohit Sharma. Easwaran is currently on Australia tour and is playing matches with India A.
