A heart-wrenching incident has come to light from Pune city of Maharashtra. Actually, the 30 year old young wrestler died in the gym itself. According to the report, he died due to heart attack. He was doing heavy workouts in the gym and continuously doing heavy lifting. Then he felt some chest pain. After this he was quickly taken to the hospital but he died before he could get treatment. This wrestler has been identified as Vikram Parkhi. He was a resident of Mangaon of Mulshi Tulka.

The wedding was to take place on 12th December

30 year old Vikram Parkhi was a big name in the field of wrestling in Maharashtra. He had won the Kumar Maharashtra Kesari title in 2014. Along with this, he also received the Mace of Honor. He also participated in the National Wrestling Tournament held in Ranchi, Jharkhand, where he was successful in winning the bronze medal. Apart from this, Vikram had represented India at many national and international levels. They were going to get married next week on 12th December. But just a week before this auspicious moment, a wave of mourning has spread in his house.

Father has fought in Kargil war

Apart from Vikram, his family includes his parents and brothers and sisters. Brother and sister are married. Whereas his father Shivajirao Parkhi had been a soldier in the Indian Army. He also fought in the Kargil war against Pakistan in 1999. Now she is deeply saddened by the loss of her young and talented son.
