Vinod Kambli was recently seen with Sachin during the memorial event of childhood coach Ramakant Achrekar. Since then, a lot of concern was expressed about his condition. Then Team India's veteran cricketer Kapil Dev, along with his 1983 World Cup teammates, offered Kambli help for rehab. Now, for the first time, Kambli has reacted about his health, relationship with Sachin and rehab. He also disclosed his health and financial condition.

Kambli accepted the offer

52 year old Vinod Kambli has recently given an interview on Vicky Lalwani's YouTube channel. During this, he accepted Kapil Dev's offer and expressed gratitude for his help.

Kambli said, 'I am ready to go for rehab. I want to go because I am not afraid of anything. My family is with me. That means he is ready to go to rehab for the 15th time. Earlier, his close friend had told that Kambli had gone to rehab 14 times. There is no point in taking them back now. At the same time, before helping Kapil Dev, he was given a condition that he himself should take the initiative for this.

Kambli told that he is suffering from a serious urine infection, due to which he fainted last month and the video went viral.

According to Kambli, his wife, son and daughter together take care of him and are helping him recover from the disease. Kambli also revealed that his financial condition is very bad. The pension received from BCCI is his only source of income, from where he earns Rs 30 thousand every month.

Said this on relationship with Sachin

Vinod Kambli had given a controversial statement regarding Sachin in 2009. He had accused his childhood friend of not helping. It is believed that after this the talks between the two had stopped. Even in 2013, Sachin did not even mention Kambli in his farewell speech during his retirement.

When the two met a few days ago, the video of their meeting spread like wildfire on social media. Kambli has now spoken about that controversy after 15 years.

During the interview he said that he was very disappointed then. That's why I said that thing. He felt that Sachin had not provided enough help. Kambli revealed that in 2013, Sachin had paid for his two surgeries. He said that he used to fail again and again but Sachin used to help him and teach him how to play. Because of this he was able to make a comeback in the team 9 times.

Kambli told that now everything is fine between the two and also expressed his gratitude for their help.
