The third test between India and Australia is being played on the grounds of Brisbane. The first day was not good for both the teams and also for the fans. Not even a single session could be played properly due to rain. Only 13.2 overs were played in the day. After this it rained continuously, due to which the remaining match had to be cancelled. This was going to cause a big loss to the spectators who had come to watch a tough match. He was not able to enjoy the match in the first place. Now his ticket money was also going to be lost. But Cricket Australia did not allow this to happen.
As soon as the match was cancelled, Cricket Australia announced that all the spectators who came to watch the match on the first day would be refunded the full amount of their tickets. According to the report, less than 15 overs were played on the first day. Therefore, the board took this big step in the interest of the fans and has asked to return their money.

To complete the overs of the match, the umpires have announced to play 98 overs every day for the next four days. Therefore, now the match will start half an hour before its scheduled time. Earlier the time of the match was kept at 5:50 am according to Indian time. But now it will be started from 5:20 am.
The Australian Meteorological Department has predicted rain for all five days of the match i.e. till December 18. According to him, up to 50% rainfall is expected on the second day of Brisbane Test i.e. Sunday 15th December. At the same time, 70-70% rainfall is expected on the third, fourth and fifth days. That means the game can be expected tomorrow. But rain can disrupt the match in the next 3 days also. Also, the sky may remain densely cloudy with lightning and storm during these five days.
