According to Head, Siraj had uttered some abusive words after dismissing him and started the fight. Later Siraj refuted his allegations and called him a liar. According to him, the head had provoked him, in response to which he had reacted. At the same time, former Australian cricketers started demanding action from ICC. Later, after the hearing, ICC fined Siraj 20 percent of the match fee, while Head was given only demerit points.
