Rishabh Pant has completed his 150 dismissals in 80 innings of 41 Tests by catching Usman Khawaja behind the wicket in the Gabba Test and he is only the third wicketkeeper of India to do so. With this, he has included his name in the list of India's great wicketkeeper Mahendra Singh Dhoni. It is noteworthy that apart from Rishabh Pant, only Mahendra Singh Dhoni (294 dismissals in 166 innings of 90 Test matches) and Syed Kirmani (198 dismissals in 151 innings of 88 Test matches) have been able to achieve this feat for India in Tests.

Also know that Rishabh Pant has become India's third most successful wicketkeeper in Test format today, but he already has a bigger achievement in T20 International. Actually, Pant has 49 dismissals in 62 innings of 76 matches in T20 International, with which he remains India's second most successful T20 wicket. 27-year-old Rishabh Pant is the fourth most successful wicketkeeper in the history of India. So far, he has taken 222 wickets in 164 innings of 147 matches behind the wicket for Team India at the international level. Only Mahendra Singh Dhoni (829 dismissals in 608 innings of 538 matches), Nayan Mongia (261 dismissals in 216 innings of 184 matches), and Saim Kirmani (234 dismissals in 199 innings of 137 matches) are above him.
