Sam Constas was born on 2 October 2005 in New South Wales, Australia.
He entered the world of cricket at the age of just 6 and started his journey from Under-10. Then he used to play for Kingsgrove Cricket Club. Constas scored his first century for the local team at the age of just 9.After this, he was selected in the St. George team in the New South Wales Championship in 2013. During this time he represented some other schools. Then in the training session of Cranbook School, he met former Bangladesh first class cricketer Tahmid Islam, who is also his personal batting coach.
His personal batting coach Tahmeed Islam has played an important role in making Sam Constas a strong opener.
He has been teaching them the qualities of batting since their under-10 days. He was greatly impressed by Constance after meeting him at Cranboom School. After this, Tahmid Islam talked to his father and prepared a further roadmap. Later, former Australian all-rounder Shane Watson became Constus's mentor.Constus started grade cricket from St. George Cricket Club.
