An ICC official told Times of India, 'All 8 teams will have to submit their provisional team by January 12, however, they can make changes in the team till February 13. ICC will release the submitted team only on 13th February. Let us tell you, teams can make changes in the team if needed even during the tournament, but for that they need the permission of ICC.
