The Indian Tigers and Tigrasses campaign began with being involved in the trials of many young talents. This PAN-India program aims to provide children across the country a golden opportunity of trial with the best best in Austria. Trials were divided into groups at the age of 12-14 and 15–17, in which boys and girls from cities like Lucknow, Delhi, Jammu and Kashmir, and Manipur participated. Before the trials started, Anuj Gupta welcomed the participants and welcomed the contestants, the president of the Delhi Soccer Association and the owner of Sudeva FC.

Players fiercely participated in Delhi trials

More than 500 children participated in the Delhi camp, including more than 100 girls.

The trials of the group of 12–14 years started with a lot of energy in the morning. The players were divided into a group of four, ensuring that every team had forward, midfielder, defender and goalkeeper, to create a real match -like atmosphere. In that age group, the players competed in a group-style format to keep the competition intense. The best performing players of the day reached a knockout final in the evening, where they had one last chance to impress.

Sudeva FC owner Anuj Gupta, who is a Delhi -based Football Club and working as a technical partner of the Indian Tigers and Tigrants initiative, hopefully, selected children will take maximum advantage of the opportunity in Austria.

He believes that by getting this platform to young players, they can become future role models and they saw it as the beginning of something big. Such initiatives are important for developing young footballers, which exposure them from an early age. This is more than only one trials, it is an experience that helps children understand their levels, compete with their peers and dream big.
