Lucknow: In the 31st match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024, Rajasthan Royals (RR) defeated Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) by 2 wickets. In this match played at Eden Garden, Rajasthan opener Jos Buttler played a century and led his team to an almost impossible victory. After this match, former Indian off-spinner Harbhajan Singh was seen praising Butler a lot and also accused Indians of discrimination.

Harbhajan has given a big statement accusing the people of India of adopting a double attitude towards foreign players and their innings. He says that the people of India remember only the innings of legendary batsmen Virat Kohli and MS Dhoni, but even if a foreign player plays a good innings, he is not talked about much. Harbhajan made a big allegation during the discussion on Star Sports after the match was over.

He said, “If Virat Kohli had scored a century in place of Jace Buttler, we Indians would have talked about it for the next two months. We will talk about Dhoni's 4 sixes but if a player like Butler has scored a century then we easily forget him. “Jose is a foreign player and that is why his innings will not be discussed much.”
