Lucknow Super Giants' next match in IPL 2024 is scheduled to be played against Chennai Super Kings on April 19 (Friday) at Ekana Stadium. Before this match, a good news has come for LSG fans. Actually, the team's young fast bowler Mayank Yadav is looking completely fit and can be seen playing the match against Chennai Super Kings.
Mayank Yadav was injured during the match against Gujarat Titans. Mayank had a muscle strain due to which he could not play the last two matches for LSG. However, now this speed merchant looks completely fit.
Lucknow Super Giants has shared a video of Mayang Yadav from its official X account in which he is seen practicing in the nets. Mayank has also been caught on camera bowling stormy here. Also know that while posting this video, LSG has written that 'Fly again.' That means LSG has told the fans through gestures that Mayank Yadav is ready to play against CSK.
Let us tell you that this 21 year old young bowler is known for continuously bowling at a speed of 150 Kph. Mayank, who plays domestic cricket for Delhi, made his IPL debut against Punjab Kings. In this match, on the basis of his fiery bowling, he took 3 wickets for 27 runs in 4 overs. After this, in the next match also, Mayank took 3 wickets for just 14 runs in 4 overs against Royal Challengers Bangalore.
Mayank played the third match of the season against Gujarat Titans, but after bowling just one over, he was out of the game due to muscle strain. This is the reason why he missed some matches of Lucknow, although now he may return in the match against CSK. If this can happen then Mayank can become a threat to the Super Kings.
