In the 32nd match of IPL 2024, Delhi Capitals have registered a spectacular victory against Gujarat Titans. In this match, Delhi Capitals bundled out Gujarat Titans for 89 runs. The entire team of Gujarat Titans could not bat even for 20 overs and was all out in 17.3 overs. With this victory, Delhi Capitals has made a big record in its name.
Delhi team made a fast start to achieve the small target of 90 runs. However, in the very second over he had to lose the wicket of opener Jake Fraser-McGurk. Jake Fraser scored (20) runs in 10 balls, hitting two fours and two sixes. In the third over, Prithvi Shaw also returned to the pavilion after scoring seven runs. Abhishek Porel scored (15) runs in seven balls with the help of fours and one six. As the fourth wicket, Shay Hope was out after scoring (19) runs in 10 balls. He hit one four and two sixes. The entire Gujarat team was reduced to 89 runs in 17.3 overs. Mukesh Kumar took three wickets for Delhi Capitals. Ishant Sharma and Tristan Stubbs got two wickets each. Axar Patel and Khalil Ahmed dismissed one batsman each. Chasing 90 runs, Delhi Capitals won the match with 67 balls remaining. This was also Delhi Capitals’ biggest win in terms of balls in the history of IPL.
