He said, “Nothing has been good for Hardik Pandya so far this season. He is not scoring runs while batting, when runs are being scored then there are questions on the strike rate. Apart from this, if his bowling continues like this then questions will be raised about his place in the Indian team. He will have to come back as soon as possible and bowl well.”
Hardik Pandya's disappointing performance in IPL 2024
This season the star all-rounder has disappointed everyone with his game. In the 7 matches played so far, he has scored 141 runs at an average of 23.50 and strike rate of 146.88. His best score during this period has been 39 runs. On the other hand, he has got 3 wickets in bowling also, whereas Pandya has spent runs at an economy of 12. Even against Punjab, Hardik could not bat well and was out after scoring 10 runs in 6 balls.
