T20 century is never easy. Similarly, scoring a century in IPL is not an everyday thing. The Indian Premier League was started in 2008 and since then there have been 93 centuries in the IPL. Most of the centuries have been scored in the first innings.

Because while chasing the target and scoring a century, the pressure is less. Notably, Jos Buttler has three centuries while chasing, which is the most. However, over the years, only a few matches have seen multiple centuries. But there are only four occasions in IPL when centuries have been recorded in both the innings of the game.
