Gujarat Titans (GT) skipper Shubman Gill is having a great time on the field as captain of his Indian Premier League (IPL) side but in a recent development, he has also achieved the limelight for appearing on Hollywood India Reporter's front cover.

On the magazine's cover, Shubman Gill can be seen in all black attire with his expensive watch. The right-handed opener will be next seen leading his side against Rajasthan Royals (RR) at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium on April 28. Days ahead of the RR challenge, Gill's appearance on the magazine's cover page has made him the centre of attention.

During the interview with the magazine, the 25-year-old also revealed he loves to binge-watch movies and is also fond of prominent Hollywood stars Christian Bale, Tom Hardy, and Cillian Murphy. 'I am a bit biased towards Christian Bale, Tom Hardy, and Cillian Murphy. I watched Dark Knight Trilogy when I was a kid. Anything those three make I have to watch,' said in the chat with Hollywood India Reporter.

Shubman Gill regains his batting form

In his previous outing against defending champions (KKR) at Eden Gardens, Gill smashed an incredible 90 off 55 to guide his team to a convincing 39-run win. The star batter has notched up 305 runs in eight matches at a superb strike rate of 153.26. As a leader, he has exuded confidence to make his team leaders of the points tally with six wins and only two defeats.

With the tournament heading towards the playoffs, GT will want their top-order batters Gill, Sai Sudharsan, and Jos Buttler to be dominant against bowlers to seal the berth for the next round comfortably. Sudharsan is currently the top contender for the Orange Cap as the southpaw is the leading run-getter in the competition thus far, with 417 runs in eight contests at a notable strike rate of 152.18.
