14-year-old Vaibhav Suryavanshi stole the show with his 35-ball century against Gujarat Titans at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur, on April 28 (Monday).

The young sensation not only became the Indian with the fastest century in Indian Premier League (IPL) history but also the youngest ever to hit a T20 century. He first smashed a 17-ball fifty and then turned it into a magnificent ton in the next 18 balls. Even Lucknow Super Giants owner Sanjiv Goenka could not stop himself from praising the prodigy.

With a six off Rashid Khan, the 14-year-old got his century off just 35 balls. An Indian batter's fastest IPL century to date. At just 14 years and 32 days old, Suryavanshi also became the youngest player in IPL history to score a century.The whole Rajasthan Royals dugout hailed the remarkable accomplishment as soon as the teenage star reached the milestone.
