Highest Powerplay Scores In IPL: The 17th season of IPL is going on. In the history of IPL till now, one after another, big records have been made and broken. Sunrisers Hyderabad has scored the most runs so far in the power play of IPL. Never scored above 105 runs in power play in IPL history. But on 20th April, history was made as 1-5, 110, 115 were all posted.

These two boys did wonders

Till now in the history of IPL, KKR had scored 105 runs against RCB in the power play in the year 2017. But today i.e. on 20th April, two boys from Hyderabad scored 125 runs in the power play. The names of these two boys are Travis Head and Abhishek Sharma.

Hyderabad’s Travis Head and Abhishek Sharma scored 125 runs in 6 overs. This has become the biggest score in the powerplay of IPL. Not only this, the highest score has been made in the first 10 overs of IPL. Thanks to these two batsmen from Hyderabad, SRH scored 158 runs in the first 10 overs.

Strong innings of Travis and Sharma

Travis Head and Abhishek Sharma set such batting records. Head scored 89 runs in 32 balls. He hit 11 fours and 6 sixes. At the same time, Abhishek Sharma, who came to bat with him, scored 46 runs in 12 balls. He hit 2 fours and 6 sixes.
