After Operation Sindoor, the IPL 2025 schedule seems to be having an impact after Operation Sindoor. Mumbai Indians, who had to reach Dharamshala for their next match, is currently postponed. This happened after the closure of Chandigarh Airport.

Operation Sindoor postponed to Dharamshala in Mumbai

A cricketer report said that Mumbai Indians have been postponed to Dharamshala due to the closure of Mumbai Chandigarh Airport.

According to the schedule, Mumbai will have to play their next match against Punjab Kings at the Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association Stadium in Dharamshala on Sunday, May 11.

The report said that Mumbai Indians, captained by Hardik Pandya, had to catch a flight from Chandigarh to Dharamshala today (May 07). Currently, his flight is canceled and he will have to wait for the next BCCI instructions.

It was also mentioned in the report that the top officials of BCCI are meeting about the situation and updates are yet to come.

Let us tell you that earlier on May 04, the match was played between Punjab Kings and Lucknow Super Giants in Dharamshala. Now it will be interesting to see what is the decision regarding the rest of the matches in Dharamshala. The match between Punjab and Delhi is to be played at Dharamshala on May 08 before the match against Mumbai Indians on 11 May.
