RCB vs SRH: Why both teams were fined?

In this match played on 23 May, the captains of both teams have been fined heavy due to slow over speed. Although RCB captain Rajat Patidar was not captaining during this match, he has been fined Rs 24 lakh. This was done because according to the rules of the IPL, the nominated captain only carries out the responsibility of over rate. On the other hand, Hyderabad captain Pat Cummins has been fined 12 lakhs.
