A new-look team India will be up against England in the five-match Test series starting from June 20. Jaiswal is just 19 Tests old, but he has cemented his place as one of the best batters in the side. When he last played against England at home, he scored over 700 runs and played a crucial role in India's win. But the conditions in England will be different, however, Jaiswal has shown he can perform in overseas conditions as well.

Yashasvi Jaiswal smoked 26 sixes in the home series against England, and would be keen to tonk a few more in England. He has scored 39 sixes in his Test career and has a chance to become the fastest to reach the 50 sixes mark in Test cricket. The record is held by Shahid Afridi, who achieved the feat in his 46th innings in 2006.
Jaiswal, who has played 36 innings, has nine innings to break Afridi's record. If he can score the sixes in the next three innings, he will become the first player in the world to score 50 sixes in less than 40 Test innings.Shubman Gill To Lead India
Meanwhile, Shubman Gill was named the captain of the team as the BCCI announced the squad for the England tour.
The squad also saw Karun Nair make a comeback after eight years, and Sai Sudharsan got his maiden call-up. Mohammed Shami, however, failed to make the cut due to fitness concerns.
