Hardik Pandya has won the toss and elected to bat first against Rajasthan Royals in the Indian Premier League 2024.

“The pitch looks good and it could slow down in the second innings. We didn’t see any few in the last few days over here. It is a good feeling to play 100 matches for the franchise. We have been positive despite a few setbacks,” Hardik Pandya said.

Sanju Samson would have bowled first. “I have a different point of view.

I thought bowling over here is good and we got what we wanted. We had a good start in the last season but faltered in the second half. I am not thinking about it this season,” Sanju Samson said.

Mumbai Indians XI: R. Sharma, I. Kishan (wk), S. Yadav, T. Varma, H. Pandya (c), T. David, N. Wadhera, M. Nabi, G. Coetzee, P.Chawla, J. Bumrah.

Rajasthan Royals XI: Y. Jaiswal, S. Samson (c & wk), R. Parag, D. Jurel, S. Hetmyer, R Powell, R. Ashwin, T. Boult, A. Khan, S. Sharma, Y. Chahal
