Delhi: The final of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 became a memorable moment in the history of Indian cricket, when Virat Kohli fell on his knees and showed his feelings with tears. After a long wait of 18 years, Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) won the Indian Premier League title for the first time, and this moment touched the hearts of not only Kohli but also every cricket lover.
In this exciting final played on Tuesday, RCB defeated Punjab Kings (PBKS) by 6 runs, and Kohli’s dream finally came true. Their emotional on the field shows that this title is not just a trophy, but the result of years of hard work, struggle and dedication.
In such a situation, Punjab Kings head coach and former Australia captain Ricky Ponting reacted at this emotional moment of Kohli. He said, “You could see in Virat’s eyes what he is feeling.
