Rajasthan Royals batter Vaibhav Suryavanshi wants to improve his performance in the next season of the Indian Premier League. He is looking forward to taking RR to the final in 2026. The 14-year-old scored a hundred in 35 balls, the second fastest by an Indian batter in the tournament’s history.

He finished the 18th season with 252 runs from seven innings at an average of 36 and a strike rate of 206.55 with one century and one fifty. He was adjudged ‘Super striker of the season’ for recording a strike rate of 206.55.

“I want to perform even better in the next season. The goal will be to take the franchise to the final. I will focus on how I can contribute towards the team’s success,” he said. He will work on his weaknesses before the next edition of the league.

“It was a dream to play in the Indian Premier League. I have gained a lot of positives from the first season. I will try to perform even better. I will try to work on the areas where I fell short,” he added.

Suryavanshi will travel to England with the Indian U-19 team for a 50-over warm-up match, followed by a five-match Youth One-Day series and two Multi-Day matches against England U19.
