Cricket fans have something exciting to look forward to, as the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) have confirmed that Team India will return to England in mid-2026 for a high-profile white-ball series, Cricbuzz reported.
As part of the Future Tours Programme, India is scheduled to play a series consisting of three One Day Internationals (ODIs) and five T20 Internationals (T20Is) in England. The tour is slated to be held during July 2026.
With Test veterans phased out and new players emerging, the series will be an important platform to evaluate the next generation of white-ball specialists.

The England Women’s cricket team is also set for a busy home season.
Their summer begins in May with a limited-overs series against New Zealand, featuring three ODIs followed by three T20Is. Soon after, they will face India in a three-match T20I series, which will act as vital preparation ahead of the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup.The T20 World Cup final is scheduled to take place at Lord’s on July 5. Just five days later, the same venue will host a historic one-off Test between England and India on July 10.
