Delhi: The Indian men’s and women’s cricket team is currently in England, where the men’s team is playing Test and the women’s team won 2–1 in the ODI series. Today I say goodbye to the game, but not cricket, but not cricket. My family, team colleagues, coaches, friends and every person who stood behind me. It is time to return, who gave me life in my heart and always played for the team.Veda Krishnamurthy played a total of 124 international matches for India.
These include 48 ODIs and 76 T20 matches. He scored 829 runs in ODIs, his average of 25.90. At the same time, 875 runs in T20 and average was 18.61.His last international match was the final of the 2020 T20 World Cup, which was played against Australia. He scored 19 runs in that match.
Veda also played in domestic cricket for Gujarat giants in Karnataka and Women’s Premier League (WPL). She was known for her aggressive batting and fast fielding.
Now Veda has made distance from the field, but she has made it clear that she is not going away from cricket.
