Indonesia's 17-year-old spinner Rohmalia Rohmalia on Wednesday (24 April) created a new world record for the best bowling performance in Women's T20 International cricket. Rohmalia took 7 wickets for 0 runs in the fifth T20 International played against Mongolia in Bali. The special thing is that Rohmalia has achieved this feat on her international debut.

Rohamaliya named Netherlands fast bowler Frederik Overdijk who took 7 wickets for 3 runs against France in the 2021 T20 World Cup Europe Region Qualifier. After Overdijk and Argentina's Alison Stocks (7 wickets for 3 runs against Peru), Rohmalia has become the third bowler in Women's T20 International, who has taken 7 wickets in a match.

Batting first, Indonesia scored 151 runs for 5 wickets thanks to a half-century from opening batsman Ni Putu Ayu Nanda Sakarini (61). In response, Mongolia was all out for 24 runs. Rohmalia took a wicket with his first ball and, overall, bowled only 3.2 overs, conceding no runs. He dismissed seven Mongolian players for 0.
