Chasing 169 runs, Towhid Hridoy scored a match-winning fifty. Earlier, Saif Hassan set the platform, amassing 61 runs off 45 balls, laced with 4 sixes and 2 fours. Bangladesh completed the task in 19.5 overs.

Sri Lanka posted 168/7, with Dasun Shanaka scoring an unbeaten 64 runs off 37 balls, with the help of 6 sixes and 3 fours. For Bangladesh, Mustafizur Rahman took three wickets.
