Jaipur, 21 September (Read News). Light rain was recorded in about half a dozen cities on Sunday in Rajasthan, while the weather was dry at other places. According to the Meteorological Department, light to moderate rains will continue with clouds in Kota, Udaipur division and surrounding districts of South-East Rajasthan for the next three days. At the same time, the weather is likely to remain dry in most parts of western Rajasthan.

Chittorgarh the highest rainfall
Director of Meteorological Center, Jaipur, Radheshyam Sharma said that on Saturday, many places in East Rajasthan received clouds and light to moderate rains, while heavy rains also occurred at some places. The highest rainfall in the state was recorded at 85 mm in Bhopalasagar in Chittorgarh. On Sunday, Dalot, Pratapgarh, recorded half an inch of rain. There was also rain at some other places including Jhalawar, Rajsamand and Salumbar.
